摘要：阐述老旧小区改造工程进度管理重点，结合案例详细介绍改造工程进度管理计划的制定和偏差分析，主要包括目标分解、改造工程工作分解、工作持续时间估算、关键路径确定以及挣值管理定量分析方面展开，最后提出具体的老旧小区改造工程进度管理保障措施。

Abstract：This paper expounds the key points of progress management of old residential area reconstruction project，introduces in details the formulation and deviation analysis of schedule management plan of reconstruction project combining with specific cases，especifically from the aspects of target decomposition，work decomposition of reconstruction project，estimation of work duration，determination of critical path and quantitative analysis of earned value management，and puts forward specific guarantee measures of reconstruction project of old residential area for progress management.
