摘要:从企业内部管理需求及外部环境变化影响两方面分析建筑企业业财融合的原因,随后以某企业为例,从建立财务共享服务中心、调整财务组织架构、改造具体业务流程三个层面详细介绍建筑企业业财融合的实现途径,最后提出一系列保障建筑企业业财融合顺利开展的建议举措。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the reasons for the integration of business and finance in construction enterprises from two aspects of internal management needs and the impact of external environment changes. Then,taking one enterprise as an example,introduces in detail the realization ways of the integration of business and finance in construction enterprises from three aspects of establishing financial sharing service center,adjusting financial organization structure and transforming specific business processes. Finally,puts forward a series of measures to ensure the smooth development of the integration of business and finance in construction enterprises.
