摘要：智能建造是当前建筑业转型升级的重要途径，但目前智能建造在顶层设计层面缺少战略规划，各类产业发展的先后顺序不明、定位不清，容易造成发展混乱，构建智能建造产业体系，明确各产业的发展定位有其必要性和现实意义。本文在智能建造核心产业筛选的基础上，综合考虑产业现状和发展前景，从成熟度、必要性、应用度和潜力四个维度对核心产业进行评价；并依据产业地位分类法将核心产业划分为主导产业、战略产业、培育产业和配套产业四大类型，最后针对每类产业提出相应的发展建议。

Abstract：Intelligent construction is an important way for the transformation and upgrading of the current construction industry，but at the top-level design level of intelligent construction，there is a lack of strategic planning，and the development sequence and orientation of various industries are unclear，which is easy to cause confusion. It is necessary and practical to build an intelligent construction industry system and clarify the development orientation of various industries. On the basis of intelligent construction core industry screening，this paper comprehensively considers the current situation and development prospects of the industry，evaluates the core industry from four dimensions of maturity，necessity，application and potential，and divides the core industry into four types according to the industrial status classification method，namely leading industry，strategic industry，cultivation industry and supporting industry. At last，puts forward the corresponding development suggestions.
