摘要：数字化转型是建筑企业实现转型升级的重要路径。本文从建筑企业发展现状和数字化转型的内涵和趋势出发，分析新时期建筑企业长足发展存在的机遇和挑战，通过对老牌建筑工程公司的数字化转型实践的解读和分析，提出建筑企业数字化转型的思路和建议，为大型国有建筑企业的数字化转型提供借鉴。

Abstract：Digital transformation is an important path for construction enterprises to realize transformation and upgrading. This article briefly expounds the development status of construction enterprises and the connotation and trend of digital transformation，analyzes the opportunities and challenges existing in the new era，and puts forward the ideas and suggestions for the digital transformation of construction enterprises through the interpretation and analysis of the digital transformation practice of traditional construction engineering companies，so as to provide reference for the digital transformation of large state-owned construction enterprises.
