[摘　要]　工程重大安全事故罪的客体是建设工程的质量管理制度和公共安全，客观方面是违反国家规定，降低工程质量标准，造成重大安全事故的行为，主体是合法成立的建设、设计、施工、工程监理单位。该罪在认定上要注意与一般工程安全事故、重大责任事故罪等相似情况的区别。

Abstract: The object of engineering serious safety accidents crime is construction quality management system and public safety. The objective aspect of the crime is the behavior of violating state regulations, reducing construction quality standards and causing serious safety accidents. The subject of the crime is legally established building, design, construction and engineering supervision unit. In the identification of the crime, we must pay attention to the difference between the crime and general engineering safety accidents, serious accidents crime and other similar situation.
