[摘　要]　结合成功案例和目前的实际情况分析，论述了仲裁的特点及仲裁程序在我国建筑业的应用情况，提出仲裁和调解相结合是解决工程争议的一个积极有效的方式。

Abstract: Combining with the successful case and practical situation analysis, discusses the characteristics of arbitrage, as well as the application of arbitrage in construction industry in China, and it is put forward that the combination of arbitrage and conciliation is an effective mode to settle construction disputes.
