[摘　要]　研究了房地产业与其他产业之间的关联效应。对我国2002年与2007年投入产出表进行分析，结果表明房地产业关联效应较强，但呈下降趋势，关联效应的集中度也有所降低，房地产业的技术含量正逐步提升。

Abstract: The paper researches on the correlative effects between the real estate industry and other industries. Input-output production tables of 2002 and 2007 are analyzed, the results indicate that the correlative effects of real estate industry is strong but following the downtrend, and the concentration ratio of the correlative effects is decreasing, as well as the technical content of real estate is increasing step by step.
