摘要:基于建设工程合同风险智能检测的研究背景,梳理合同风险检测与关键工具NLP技术的概念,总结NLP在合同风险中的研究与应用现状。构建基于NLP技术的建设工程合同风险智能检测框架,实现合同条款完整性和合理合法性的智能检测,为合同风险检测智能化发展提供技术途径。

Abstract:Based on the research background of intelligent detection of construction contract risks,combs the concept of contract risk detection and NLP technology,and summarizes the research and application of NLP technology in contract risks. Constructs a framework for intelligent detection of construction contract risks based on NLP,and realizes automatic identification of the integrity and reasonable legality of contract clauses,which provides a technical approach for the development of intelligent detection of contract risks.
