摘要：本文以湖北某水电工程大坝面板柔性填料、围堰高喷防渗变更为例，对水电工程变更审核单价编制中超出取费规定或约定的限价、限量处理方法进行介绍，以实践证明类似处理方法可为业主节约投资，并能得到承包人认可，为其他类似工程的变更审核提供参考。

Abstract：Taking the change of flexible filler of dam face slab and high-pressure jet grouting seepage control of cofferdam of a hydropower project in Hubei province as an example，this paper introduces the price limit and limit treatment method in the unit price compilation of hydropower project change review，and proves that the similar treatment method can be used by the owner. It can save investment and be approved by the contractor，which can provide reference for other similar engineering change audit.
