基于区间直觉模糊数的装配式建筑供应链弹性评价

摘要:根据装配式建筑供应链特点构建弹性评价指标体系;然后,采用区间直觉模糊数量化指标,采用AHP计算属性权重,结合夹角向量余弦和障碍度方法确定供应链弹性等级和关键影响因子,为制定有效措施提升弹性能力提供依据。结果表明,疫情下装配式建筑供应链弹性等级为较弱弹性,与实际情况相符,进而验证该方法的可行性和合理性。

Abstract:Constructs the resilience evaluation index system according to the characteristics of the prefabricated building supply chain;then,adopts the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number method to quantify the index,uses AHP to determine the attribute weights,and combines the angle vector cosine method and the obstacle degree method to determine the resilience level of the supply chain and the key obstacle factors,which provides basis for developing effective measures to improve resilience. The results show that the resilience level of the prefabricated building supply chain under the epidemic is weak resilience,which is consistent with the actual situation,thus it verifies the feasibility and rationality of the method at the same time.
