摘要：在分析疫情对国际工程项目影响的基础上，结合国际惯例和FIDIC条款，具体分析承包商针对疫情的索赔权力、索赔性质和内容、索赔可引证的合同条款及索赔程序，并就承包商应对疫情影响及索赔提出对策建议。

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the effect of Covid-19 on international projects，with reference to international practice and related stipulations in FIDIC conditions of contracts，this paper analyzes the contractor’s entitlement to claim related to the Covid-19 pandemic，the nature and content of claim，the clauses applicable for claim，and the procedure of claim，and proposes some advice to the contractors for coping with the effects of the pandemic.
