摘要：以我国民间投资基础设施项目的资本结构影响因素为研究对象，通过问卷调研，从企业的性质、地域、规模与经济预期等方面对影响因素进行多维度的对比分析，总结出不同视角下影响因素重要性差异的特点并探究其背后的深层原因，对相关政策的完善及基础设施项目投融资实践具有参考价值。

Abstract：Taking influencing factors of private investment in infrastructure as the subject，through questionnaire survey，this paper makes a multi-dimensional comparative analysis of the influencing factors from the ownership type，main business location，enterprise scales and economic expectations，summarizes the characteristics of different importance of influencing factors from different views and explores underlying reasons，which has reference value for improvement of relevant policies and infrastructure project investment and financing practice.
