摘要：提高建筑业效率对于实现长江经济带高效发展具有重要意义。本文基于Super-SBM模型和Malmquist指数，从静态和动态的角度分析长江经济带2009-2018年间各省份的相对效率及其变化规律，并基于回归模型探讨生产效率的影响因素。研究结果表明：2009～2014年间长江经济带建筑业生产效率逐步下滑，2014～2018年间效率逐年提升；影响建筑业生产效率的主要因素为产业优化程度和工业化程度。最后提出相应的发展建议，以期为长江经济带建筑业高效且协调发展提供参考。

Abstract：Improving the efficiency of the construction industry is of great significance for realizing the efficient development of the Yangtze River Economic belt. Based on the Super-SBM model and the Malmquist index，this paper analyzes the relative efficiency and change rules of the provinces of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the static and dynamic perspectives from 2009 to 2018. Then，discusses the influencing factors of production efficiency based on regression model.The results show that the production efficiency of the construction industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt declined gradually from 2009 to 2014，and increased from 2014 to 2018.The main factors affecting the production efficiency of the construction industry are the degree of industrial optimization and industrialization.Finally，puts forward some suggestions to realize the efficient and coordinated development of the construction industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
