摘要：归纳财政评审管理中存在的问题和相应信息化解决措施，在此基础上开发财政评审综合管理平台。然后介绍财政投资评审综合管理平台主要结构及功能，以及财政投资评审综合管理平台的作用。

Abstract：This paper summarizes the problems existing in the financial evaluation management and the corresponding information solutions to develop the financial evaluation comprehensive management platform.
