摘要：在明确物联网技术在建筑工程成本控制中的应用优势基础上，结合具体案例，从成本控制参量设定、目标模型确立、成本控制分析模型构建三方面对企业在实际建筑工程成本控制工作中应用物联网技术的具体步骤及应用效果进行介绍，为建筑企业有效开展工程建设成本控制提供参考。

Abstract：On the basis of clarifying the application advantages of Internet of things technology in building engineering cost control，combined with specific cases，this paper introduces the specific steps and application effects of Internet of things technology in the actual building engineering cost control work from three aspects of cost control parameter setting，target model establishment and cost control analysis model construction，so as to provide reference for construction enterprises to effectively carry out project construction cost control.
