摘要：首先概述建设项目的电子招投标优越性，在此基础上，利用SWOT模型分析电子招投标的优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个要素，然后结合石化行业建设项目中实际的招标案例对优势和劣势进行深度分析，最后给出未来石油化工行业电子招投标的发展对策。

Abstract：This paper first outlines the advantages of electronic bidding for construction projects and the inherent requirements of SWOT analysis. On this basis，uses the SWOT model to analyze the four elements of advantages，disadvantages，opportunities，and threats of electronic bidding. Combined with the actual bidding cases in the petrochemical industry construction project，analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in depth，and finally proposes the future development countermeasures of the petrochemical industry electronic bidding.
