摘要：采用质性研究方法，对工程保险相关领域专家进行深度访谈，利用Nvivo软件归纳出目前工程保险招投标存在的主要问题，并针对性给出解决办法及措施，希望为工程保险的推行以及工程保险招投标的规范化提供参考。

Abstract：Based on qualitative research methods，the paper conducts in-depth interviews with experts related to the domain of engineering insurance，uses Nvivo software to conclude the main problems of engineering insurance bidding，and gives corresponding solutions and measures，in order to provide reference for the promotion of engineering insurance implementation，and the standardization of engineering insurance bidding.
