摘要：选取国外既有建筑绿色改造中应用范围较广、认可度较高的美国LEED、德国DGNB、英国BREEAM、澳大利亚Green Star与我国评价标准作为样本，从能源节约利用、水资源节约利用、材料节约利用、生态质量与环境保护、舒适宜居、经济性等方面进行对比分析，从中提炼相关启示。基于上述分析，提出我国既有居住建筑绿色改造评价标准的改进建议。

Abstract：This paper selects LEED of United States，DGNB of Germany，BREEAM of United Kingdom，Green Star of Australia and Green Retrofitting Assessment Standard of China as samples，which are widely used and highly recognized in the green retrofitting of existing buildings，makes comparative analysis from the aspects of energy，water resources and material economical conservation，ecological quality & environmental protection，comfort & livability and economy，etc. Then，extracts the correlating enlightenment from the comparative analysis results，puts forward suggestions for the improvement of evaluation system of green retrofitting of existing residential buildings in China.
