摘要：公共空间改造既是老旧小区改造的重要内容也是薄弱环节。深入分析老旧小区公共空间改造存在的问题及原因，结合下涧槽社区公共空间改造的实践经验，总结老旧小区公共空间价值再造的典型模式，最后提出多元主体参与老旧小区公共空间改造的相关建议和对策。

Abstract：The transformation of public space is not only an important content but also a weak link in the transformation of old residential areas. This paper deeply analyzes the existing problems and reasons of public space transformation in old residential areas. Combining with the practical experience of public space reconstruction in Xiajiancao community，summarizes the typical model of public space value reconstruction in the old community and puts forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures of multiple subjects participating in the transformation of public space in the old community.
