摘要:建筑行业的生产方式正由传统的现场作业模式向预制构件生产+装配模式转变。伴随着生产方式的转变,如何有效控制生产方式转变导致的装配式建筑质量问题,成为亟需解决的问题。分析BIM+物联网技术在装配式建筑全过程质量管理要点,并结合工程实例介绍BIM+物联网质量管控方法和效果。

Abstract:The production model of construction industry is undergoing a gradual transformation from traditional on-site operations to prefabricated component production + assembly model. Facing the transformation of construction methods,how to control the quality of prefabricated buildings has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper analyzes the key points of BIM + Internet of things technology in the whole process quality management of prefabricated buildings,and introduces the quality control methods and effects of BIM + Internet of things combined with engineering examples.
