摘要：分析BIM技术应用于大型综合体项目造价的基本功能。通过具体性案例全面展示BIM实际应用情况，并进一步分析过程中面临的技术、管理、成本等方面的应用障碍，提出相对应的改进对策，包括搭建项目BIM技术中心、加强项目部门协作、间接控制项目成本等，以期达到大型综合体项目造价管理精细化的
目的。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the basic functions of BIM Technology applied to large complex project cost. Through specific cases，comprehensively shows the actual application of BIM，and further analyzes the application obstacles of technology，management，cost and other aspects in the process，and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures，such as building BIM technology center，strengthening the cooperation of project departments，indirectly controlling project cost，etc，in order to achieve the goal of fine cost management of large complex project.
