摘要：在界定隐性造价风险内涵的基础上，运用专家调查和实证检验的方法识别出14项隐性造价风险因素，确认30项隐性造价风险因子并深入分析其成因；阐述客观内生类﹑主观外延类和环境派生类三大类隐性造价风险对市场主体的影响机理并提出针对性的管控策略。

Abstract：On the basis of defining the connotation of hidden cost risk，the paper uses expert investigation and empirical test methods，identifies 14 hidden cost risk factors，and identifies and analyzes 30 hidden cost risk factors. Then，expounds the influencing mechanism of three types of recessive cost risks，which are objective endogenous，subjective extension and environment derivation on the main market，and then puts forward the targeted control strategies.
