摘要：为优质高效推动装配式建筑发展，基于投入-产出视角，开展区域层面装配式建筑技术创新水平评价。构建装配式建筑技术创新水平评价体系，综合采用统计数据、公开数据采集以及专家打分法量化评价指标，测度技术创新指数。分析发现，区域装配式建筑技术创新水平整体较低，且区域差异较大，各区域技术创新投入产出不均衡。

Abstract：In order to promote the development of prefabricated construction（PC）with high quality and high efficiency，this paper carries out the evaluation research for PC technology innovation at the regional level from the input-output perspective. First，constructs a system for evaluating the technology innovation level of PC，uses the statistical data and public information collection，and expert scoring methods to quantify indicators and measure the technology innovation indexes of all levels. The results indicate that the overall regional PC technology innovation level is low，and the technology innovation level between regions is quite different，with unbalanced input and output in each region.
