摘要：针对BIM技术在铁路工程造价管理中面临的异构数据的共享、交换与管理技术难题，开发基于达索的信息表达及集成系统，构建基于BIM 模型的工程量计算方法，制定符合工程量计算的编码规则；然后通过对达索的二次开发，实现BIM模型与概算软件的数据共享，进而实现造价计算。经太焦铁路项目应用实践证明，该方法实现了一模多用，提高了工程造价的时效性和精度。

Abstract：Aiming at the technical difficulties of sharing，exchanging and managing heterogeneous data faced by BIM technology in railway engineering cost management，this paper developes an information expression and integration system based on Dassault，constructs a BIM model-based engineering quantity calculation method，and formulates coding rules for volume calculation. Then，through the secondary development of Dassault，realizes the data sharing of BIM model and budgetary software，and the cost calculation. The application practice of Taijiao Railway project proved that this method has realized multiple functions，improved the efficiency and accuracy of engineering quantity calculation.
