摘要：基于兴趣点大数据对小城镇建设水平进行综合测算是一种理论探索和实践尝试。以重庆市为例，利用Python和ArcGIS从高德地图爬取重庆市范围内557个小城镇的兴趣点大数据，从空间视角构建小城镇建设指数测算指标体系，提出基于典型特征匹配的小城镇建设对标分析方法，为小城镇建设模式的对标经验学习提供理论参考和实践指引。

Abstract：It is a theoretical exploration and practical attempt to calculate the comprehensive level of small town construction based on POI big data. Taking Chongqing as an example，this paper uses Python and ArcGIS to crawl POI big data of 557 small towns in Chongqing from the Amap，and constructs the index system of small town construction from the perspective of spatial micro. Then，proposes a benchmarking analysis method of small town construction with typical feature matching，in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the benchmarking experience learning of small town development.
