摘要：从归纳全过程工程咨询试点工程中政企协同的经验出发，基于政企协同视角，分析全过程工程咨询发展模式、作用和驱动因素，总结全过程工程咨询发展的制度供给策略、沟通与监管策略、高质量引领策略。研究发现，深化政企协同将会快速推动全过程工程咨询发展。

Abstract：Based on the experience of government and enterprise collaboration in the whole process engineering consulting pilot project，this paper analyzes the development mode，role and driving factors of the whole process engineering consulting from the perspective of government and enterprise collaboration，and summarizes the system supply strategy，communication and supervision strategy and high-quality leading strategy of the whole process engineering consulting development. It shows that deepening the government and enterprise collaboration will quickly promote the development of the whole process engineering consulting.
