摘要：在知识本体论与HBIM之间映射关系的视角下，提出基于5W1H模型的HBIM数据信息结构用于建筑遗产数据信息采集，并提出基于HBIM-MR技术的建筑遗产评估管理框架。通过“汇丰公馆”的建筑遗产评估管理为例，开发基于HBIM-MR技术的建筑遗产评估管理应用模型实现虚拟交互可视化，使管理人员与保护专家实现评估管理信息的共享和检索。

Abstract：From the perspective of the mapping relationship between knowledge ontology and HBIM，this paper puts forward the data information structure of HBIM based on 5W1H model for the collection of architectural heritage data information，and puts forward the architecture heritage evaluation and management framework based on HBIM-MR technology. Taking the evaluation and management of architectural heritage of “HSBC mansion” as an example，develops an application model of architectural heritage evaluation and management based on HBIM-MR technology，realizes the virtual interactive visualization，so that the management personnel and protection experts can share and retrieve the evaluation management information.
