摘要：为深入了解城市间住房市场差异，分城施策解决夹心层住房问题，本文将住房夹心阶层区分为购房夹心阶层和租赁夹心阶层，提出购房夹心阶层指数和租赁夹心阶层指数，并以实例应用、检验，希望通过对不同城市住房市场租购能力的细化呈现，为实行差别化调控解决夹心层问题提供理论参考和依据。

Abstract：To understand differences of housing market between cities and solve housing problems of sandwich class，this paper divides the sandwich class into sandwich class for house purchase and sandwich class for rent，puts forward the sandwich class index for house purchase and rent，and uses some city example to calculate and test. Hopes to provide theoretical reference and basis for the implementation of differential control to solve the problem of sandwich class with detailed presentation of the rent and purchase ability of housing markets.
