摘要：预算定额的测定对建筑企业科学、准确掌握不同生产要素的消耗及成本、形成企业造价数据库有积极作用。以泥水平衡机械顶管施工为例，基于工作日写实法，对施工过程中的人、材、机消耗数据进行现场测定、计算汇总，编制出该新型施工工法的补充定额，以期为类似新型施工工法补充定额的编制提供思路。

Abstract：The measurement of budget quota plays a positive role for construction enterprises to scientifically and accurately grasp the consumption and cost of different production factors，and form enterprise cost database. This paper takes the mud-water balancing machine pipe jacking as an example，measures the data of human，material and machine consumption in the construction process on site，and compiles the supplementary based on detailed record of work date method，hopes to provide idea reference for the compilation of supplementary quota of similar new construction method.
