摘要：在梳理《工程造价改革工作方案》中关于工程造价改革主要方向及其一般主要影响的基础上，结合核电行业造价管理特点，从加快完善标准体系建设、定额向清单体系过渡、过程结算逐步推广、数据库建立和应用等方面分析《工程造价改革工作方案》对核电工程造价的影响，并指出顺应改革转型需要关注的要点。

Abstract：The paper combs the main reform directions and its general influence with‘Working Scheme of Project Cost Reform’，analyzes the impact of ‘Working Scheme of Project Cost Reform’ on nuclear power engineering cost from the aspects of speeding up the improvement of standard system construction，the transition from quota system to list system，the gradual promotion of process settlement，the establishment and application of database combining with the characteristics of cost management in nuclear power industry. Finally，points out the key points that should be paid attention to in order to adapt to the reform and transformation.
