摘要：分析装配式建筑施工安全风险和BIM技术对施工安全管理的适用性，将BIM技术引入装配式建筑安全管理，从施工方案优化、施工场地布置、安全教育培训等多个方面全面分析BIM在装配式建筑安全管理中的应用情况，最后借助案例进行应用过程和效果展示分析，为提高装配式建筑安全管理水平提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the construction safety risk of prefabricated building and the applicability of BIM technology to construction safety management，then introduces BIM technology into prefabricated building safety management. From construction scheme optimization，construction site layout，safety education and training，analyzes the application of BIM in prefabricated building safety management comprehensively. Finally，carries out the application process and effect display analysis with the help of a case，provides reference for improving the safety management level of prefabricated buildings.
