摘要：智能化建造技术是建筑行业技术升级改造中的先锋，直接关系到建筑业的高质量发展。阐述智能建造内涵及其关键支持技术，在此基础上分阶段地详细分析工程建设中的智能建造技术创新应用情况。通过郑万铁路项目中BIM轻量化等创新性智能建造技术具体应用情况的介绍，实例性展示现阶段工程建设管理中智能建造技术创新应用。

Abstract：Intelligent construction technology is the pioneer in the technical upgrading and transformation of the construction industry，and directly related to high quality development of construction industry. This paper describes the connotation of intelligent construction and its key supporting technologies. On this basis，analyzes the innovative application of intelligent construction technology of engineering construction in stages. Through the introduction of the specific application of innovative intelligent construction technology such as BIM lightweight in Zhengzhou Wanzhou railway project，demonstrates the innovative application of intelligent construction technology in engineering construction management at this stage.
