摘要：应用解释结构模型方法（ISM），建立层级关系图，揭示工程总承包招投标影响因素之间的直接关系和多级依赖关系，并通过MICMAC方法对影响因素进行驱动力和依赖度分类分析，将影响因素分为四组，并指出关键的影响因素。

Abstract：The paper applies the interpretative structure model method（ISM），establishes a hierarchical relationship diagram，reveals the direct relationships and multi-level dependence of the influencing factors among the influencing factors of EPC bidding，and uses the MICMAC method to classify and analyze the driving force and dependence of the influencing factors，divides the influencing factors into four groups，and points out the key factors.
