摘要：结合某医院EPC总承包项目，在分析医院EPC项目设计管理组织需求的基础上，从构建适用的设计管理组织框架、土建和专项设计管理的组织实施流程优化设置、准确把握对两类设计主体的管控要点等方面，分析EPC项目设计管理组织流程优化路径，希望为类似项目的设计管理组织优化提供借鉴。

Abstract：Combined with a hospital EPC project，based on the analysis of the hospital EPC project design management organization needs，this paper analyzes the EPC project design management organization process optimization path from the construction of the applicable design management organization framework，organization process optimization of civil engineering and special design management and implementation，and accurately grasping the control points of two types of design subjects，hopes to provide reference for similar projects.
