摘要：通过分析建筑企业成本管控中的突出问题及背后原因，提出以“应对不确定性”为途径的利润获取方式，并对建筑企业的价值判断及价值创造模式进行分析，为中国建筑业和建筑企业的高质量发展提出方向和路径建议。

Abstract：Through the analysis of the outstanding problems in the cost control of construction enterprises and the reasons behind，the paper proposes a profit acquisition method through response to uncertainty，and analyzes the value judgment and value creation model of construction companies，hopes to put forward suggestions on the direction and path of the high-quality development for construction industry and construction enterprises in China.
