摘要：随着我国民航业的持续快速发展，历史悠久的机场在不同时期修建的机场建筑设施普遍遭受闲置、废弃，甚至被拆毁的困境，因此亟待从行业角度对其予以保护利用。本文通过梳理分析国内外典型机场历史建筑保护与再利用案例，结合历史建筑特征及其保护利用的经济效益，总结出机场历史建筑更新保护的主要模式。然后利用层次分析法及德尔菲法对机场历史建筑进行综合价值评定，最后以天津机场历史建筑为例，提出适用于天津机场历史建筑总体保护模式。

Abstract：With the continuous rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry，the airport construction facilities built by the airport with a long history in different periods are generally idle，abandoned，and even demolished，so it is urgent to protect and utilize from the perspective of industry. Through combing and analyzing the cases of protection and reuse of typical airport historical buildings at home and abroad，combining the characteristics of historical buildings and the economic benefits of protection and utilization，this paper summarizes the main modes of renewal and protection of airport historical buildings. Then，carries out the comprehensive value evaluation of airport historical buildings by means of analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method. Finally，taking Tianjin airport historical buildings as an example，puts forward the general protection mode of Tianjin airport historical buildings.
