摘要：着眼于城市地下空间运维阶段，对城市地下空间运维功能需求进行具体描述和划分，在此基础上引入BIM技术，构建城市地下空间BIM运维管理框架，详细分析运维阶段BIM技术在各项功能模块中的应用情况，为城市地下空间开发项目全生命周期管理的完善，以及BIM技术应用价值最终实现提供参考。

Abstract：This paper focuses on the operation and maintenance stage of urban underground space，describes and divides the functional requirements of urban underground space operation and maintenance. On this basis，introduces BIM technology to construct the operation and maintenance management framework of urban underground space，and analyzes the function models of BIM technology in operation and maintenance stage，in order to provide reference for the improvement of the whole life cycle management of urban underground space development projects，as well as the application value of BIM technology.
