摘要：以某服装博物馆项目为例，通过对主体工程和装修工程相关资料分析，找出影响竣工结算的主要因素，包括人材机价格变化、工程量清单编制质量、设计变更、工程量签证等，提出明确合同条款、审计工程量清单、提高施工图设计质量、严格按图施工等应对措施，为今后高校基建工程的造价控制提供参考。

Abstract：Taking the project of a costume museum as an example，this paper analyzes the completion settlement and finds the factors affecting the change of project cost，such as the change of manpower and machinery price，the quality of the bills of quantities，the change of design and the visa of quantity of works，etc，puts forward some measures，including clarifying the contract terms，examining and controlling the quality of the bills of quantities，controlling the design changes，and strictly following the drawing，in order to provide reference for the cost control of university capital construction projects in the future.
