[摘　要]　上海世博村E、F地块工程参加了上海市建设工程风险管理试点，引进了保险公司和风险管理机构对工程进行风险监控，将建设期意外风险和使用期质量风险转移给了保险公司。对试点过程进行了介绍，总结和分析了试点的经验和存在的问题，并提出了改进建议。

Abstract: E and F projects of Shanghai World Expo Village are the pilot projects of Shanghai construction risk management. The insurance company and risk management company are imported to monitor and control the projects constructing quality. Unexpected risk in constructing period and inherent defects risk in operating period are transfered to insurance company. This paper introduced the experimental process, summarized and analysed the experiences as well as existing problems, and proposed some improved suggestions.
