摘要：分析地下空间智能化运营管理特点和功能，然后通过案例详细介绍地下空间智能化运营管理平台的构建及功能实现情况，并分析评价该平台的智能化管理效益，为地下空间智能化运营管理模式的探索提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of intelligent management of underground space，and then introduces the construction and function realization of intelligent operation and management platform of underground space in detail through a case，and analyzes and evaluates the intelligent management benefits of the platform，so as to provide reference for the exploration of intelligent operation and management model of underground space.
