摘要：从智慧建设与被动式建筑集成管理的内涵阐释入手，在厘清基于智慧建设的被动式建筑集成管理目标和思路的基础上，分别探讨被动式建筑多信息技术集成的实现方式与组织集成管理的措施手段。以曹妃甸“首堂·创业家”项目为例，分析被动式建筑集成管理的实际应用，以期对建筑项目实现集成管理有所帮助。

Abstract：Starting from the connotation interpretation of intelligent construction and passive building integrated management，based on clarifying the objectives and ideas of passive building integrated management based on intelligent construction，this paper respectively discusses the realization model of multi information technology integration of passive building and the measures of organization integrated management. Then takes Caofeidian “first hall·entrepreneur” project as an example，analyzes the reality of building integrated management，in order to help achieve the effect of integrated management of construction projects.
