[摘　要]　分析了低碳建筑的含义，回顾了国外对低碳建筑发展的部署以及研究状态，最后从宏观政策和统筹管理、技术发展路线图、相关配套服务机制等方面阐述了低碳建筑发展的可行路径。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the connotation of low carbon building,and reviews the disposition and research status of low carbon buildings abroad, finally it elaborates feasible development roadmap of the low carbon buildings from the aspects of macroeconomic policy and management overall planning, technology development roadmap,and related ancillary services mechanism.
