摘要：运用扎根理论识别出PPP项目团队能力的主要维度：履约能力、专业能力和协同能力。基于此，构建PPP项目实施过程中项目团队能力模型，并分析项目团队能力要素之间的关联关系，为PPP项目团队协同绩效提升提供参考。

Abstract：The paper identifies main dimensions of PPP project team capability by grounded theory：performance ability，professional ability and collaboration ability. Based on this，constructs the model of project team capability in the process of PPP project implementation，and analyzes the relationship between project team capability elements，in order to provide reference for PPP project team collaborative performance improvement.
