[摘　要]　基于可持续发展和生命周期（LCA）评价理论，界定了建筑生命周期碳排放的核算范围，并对建筑生命周期从物化、使用到拆除处置各阶段的碳排放进行清单分析，明确了低碳建筑的内涵，提出了建筑物生命周期碳排量的评价框架和方法。

Abstract: Based on the theory of life cycle assessment（LCA）, this paper makes a list analysis on the building carbon emission of the stages of embodiment, maintenance, and demolishment, defining the connotation of the low carbon building. Furthermore, the paper develops the framwork and approach of calculating the building carbon emission.
