摘要：阐述绿色建筑评价体系现状，分析存在的忽视投资效益经济性评价、全寿命周期经济性评价重视不够、分类评价体系有待明晰、隐性评价指标有待完善、与推广方式不相适宜等问题。结合我国现实情况，有针对性地提出重视投资效益在评价体系中的作用、建立全寿命周期经济评价体系、方法和标准等对策建议，以期促进绿色建筑技术推广应用。

Abstract：This paper expounds the present situation of green building evaluation system，and analyzes the existing problems such as ignoring the economic evaluation of investment benefits，paying insufficient attention to the whole life cycle economic evaluation，unclear classification evaluation system，imperfect implicit evaluation index，and not suitable for the promotion model. Combined with the actual situation of our country，puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions，such as paying attention to the role of investment benefits in the evaluation system，establishing the life cycle economic evaluation system，methods and standards，etc.，so as to promote the popularization and application of green building technology.
