摘要：将系统论引入装配式建筑的研究，认为装配式建筑的发展是循环演化的过程。依据适应性循环模型，从装配式建筑的系统培育与构建、积累和扩散、创新与释放、提升与转化等四个阶段，归纳并提出装配式建筑的系统演化逻辑，为装配式建筑的系统演化理论构建和装配式建筑可持续发展提供有益借鉴。

Abstract：This paper introduces the system theory into the research of prefabricated building，considers that the development of prefabricated building is a process of cyclic evolution. According to the adaptive cycle model，summarizes and puts forward the system evolution logic of prefabricated building from four stages：system cultivation and construction，accumulation and diffusion，innovation and release，promotion and transformation，in order to provide useful reference for the system evolution theory construction and sustainable development of prefabricated building.
