装配式混凝土建筑物化阶段碳足迹评价研究

摘要:首先使用REVIT软件建立装配式建筑的BIM模型并获取建筑材料消耗量信息。根据工程量计算规则,结合施工定额与施工机械台班消耗,以及能源及材料碳足迹因子,分别计算三种来源的碳足迹,从而确定装配式建筑在物化阶段所产生的碳足迹总量。选取案例建筑,利用建立的评价模型计算案例建筑物化阶段碳足迹。在此基础上,改变预制率,分别计算不同预制率水平下该案例建筑的物化阶段碳足迹。

Abstract:Firstly,this paper builds a BIM model through REVIT software to obtain data on material consumption. Secondly,according to engineering quantity calculation rules,combined with construction engineering quota and carbon emission factors,calculates carbon emissions of the three sources respectively to determine the total carbon footprint. Then,selects case building,estimates the carbon footprint of a case building. On the basis,carries out carbon footprint evaluation for the case building under different prefabrication rates.
