[摘　要]　从概念、内涵及理念等方面对低碳建筑进行了阐述，分析了建筑全生命周期碳排量构成，并剖析了实现低碳建筑的主要手法，最后提出了低碳建筑教育的控制与普及策略。

Abstract: This paper elaborates the low carbon building from the aspects of definition, connotation and philosophy, analyzes the components of carbon emission in life cycle of a building, proposes the main methods of constructing low carbon buildings, and gives advices on the control and education about low carbon buildings.
