基于BIM技术的电力工程造价控制方法

摘要:为了改善电力工程造价控制阶段性管控性能较差的问题,设计一种基于BIM技术的电力工程造价控制方法。分析传统电力工程造价控制方法存在的问题,梳理电力工程清单编制与计价方法,总结决策与设计阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段的工程造价控制方案具体流程。结合案例,分析和验证本文方法的阶段造价管控性能。案例分析表明,本文提出的基于BIM技术的电力工程造价控制方法具有良好的阶段性管理性能,操作方便高效。

Abstract:In order to improve the poor performance of stage management and control of power engineering cost,this paper designs a method of power engineering cost control based on BIM technology. Analyzes the problems existing in the traditional power engineering cost control methods,combs out the power engineering list compilation and valuation methods,and summarizes the specific process of the engineering cost control scheme in the decision-making and design stage,construction stage and completion stage. Combining with the case,analyzes and verifies the stage cost control performance of the proposed method. Case study shows that the proposed power engineering cost control method based on BIM technology has good performance of stage management,and is convenient and efficient to operate.
