摘要：针对工期延长导致的施工方资金利息损失的索赔计算中的难点进行研究，并提出合理的解决方案。施工方确定各项计算参数，确定工期延长时间并区分对应的责任人，选择合适的利息分摊计算模型进行计算，可以较为精确地计算出相关的资金利息。最后，通过两个案例来说明工期延长导致施工方资金利息损失索赔计算方案的应用。

Abstract：This paper studies the difficulties in the calculation of the construction party’s capital interest loss caused by the extension of the construction period，and puts forward reasonable solutions. The construction side determines the calculation parameters，determines the extension of the construction period，distinguishes the corresponding responsible person，selects the appropriate interest allocation calculation model and carries out the calculation，and can calculate the relevant capital interest more accurately. Finally，two examples are given to illustrate the application of the calculation scheme of interest loss of construction company’s capital caused by the prolonged construction period.
